This Cookie Policy explains how KAY MANAGEMENT MARBELLA S.L. ("KAŸ") uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) on kay-mgmt.com, in accordance with article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI), the GDPR and the guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Booking widget data (Guesty, local storage): keeps your search and booking details while you navigate. Duration: session or until cleared.
Analytics (with your consent)
_ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics, Google Ireland Ltd.): distinguish users and measure how the website is used. Duration: up to 2 years.
Advertising and marketing (with your consent)
_gcl_au, _gcl_ls (Google Ads): measure the results of our advertising campaigns. Duration: 90 days.
Google advertising cookies set by doubleclick.net and google.com: show you relevant KAŸ ads on other websites (remarketing). Duration: up to 13 months.
__kla_id, klaviyoOnsite, __kl_key (Klaviyo): manage the newsletter sign-up form and, if you subscribe, link your visits to your subscription. Duration: up to 2 years.
If we run campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), the Meta Pixel (_fbp) may be used for the same purpose, only with your consent. Duration: 90 days.
The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and maps from Google Maps. These services receive your IP address in order to deliver their content.
4. Third-party providers
